My approach to individual therapy is to help you meet yourself with kindness and live your life to the fullest. With my background in neuroscience, self-compassion, and evidence-based practices such as IFS, CBT, and ERP, I aim to help individuals aged 13-99 feel safe and supported throughout their journey.

As part of the LGBTQ+ community, I know how essential it is to feel safe and seen in therapy. With my lived experience and years of working at an LGBTQ+ sexual health clinic, and those living with HIV, I hope to be an asset and trusted confidant to those exploring their sexual orientation or gender identity.

Neurodivergence

Living as a neurodivergent person in a neurotypical world can feel exhausting. Coping with the stressors of the external world, while competing with your brain's executive dysfunction, can feel so difficult. I am here to help you learn what works for you and your brain, and challenge internalized ableism. You deserve to feel safe, happy, and at peace with who you are! This is not a race.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is often misdiagnosed, misunderstood, and treated without proper interventions. If you are struggling with repetitive, intrusive thoughts and/or compulsions, you are not alone. Treatments such as exposure-response prevention (ERP) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can help you reclaim your life from the thoughts that may be dictating it.
